iCLT System
The right system for passive houses


iCLT stands for intelligent cross laminated timber, iCLT are massive wooden panels used for both residential and civil buildings. Panels are made of three up to five layers of perpendicular planks that are equalized to be 27 mm thick. The planks are held together with wood screws placed in regular pattern. The top and bottom panel edges are covered with tape that protects the panel from bad weather conditions.

Production line
iCLT is manufactured using patented technology without using any glues while keeping the energy costs very low. The basic raw material is wooden plank (usually spruce or pine) equalized to be 27 mm thick with mainly European origin. The layers are mutually perpendicular connected by wood screws placed in regular pattern.

Patented manufacturing enables production of panel sizes up to 3,500 x 12,500 mm. Given the higher ceilings and thicker floors requirements in modern buildings, the final construction can be made of lower number of panels. Fewer panels result in faster assembly times at the construction site.

- complete processing of rafters, precise shortening, wood tapping, drilling and more carpentry
- four side planing available for the visual parts

- solutions for non-standardized wooden constructions (church towers etc.)

Manufacturing
Because of the modern CMC production line we can produce iCLT panels up to 3.5 x 12.5 m.


Assembly
Given the precise manufacturing the on-site assembly is very quick with total assembly times of one week.
